Post-doctoral position in tumor immunology and immunotherapy - Cancer research center of Lyon
Cancer research center of Lyon seeks a talented and highly motivated post-doctoral fellow to join our team to investigate mechanisms of resistance to immunotherapy in cancer patients.
The Caux laboratory has previously identified key pathways responsible for tumor immune escape and develops fundamental and translational research programs with the aim to design and implement new therapeutic strategies for cancer treatment. The project led by the candidate is focused on dissecting the cellular and molecular mechanisms operating in tumors and counteracting immunotherapies. The successful candidate will conduct an independent research to characterize the immune and tumor environment of human specimen using cutting-edge technologies including RNA and whole exome sequencing, multiplex tissue imaging and flow cytometry. The candidate will be also encouraged to explore new research areas of interest for the team.
